All our products are full inspected before delivery under our Quality Assurance and Guarantee program. However, there maybe some faculties or damages after the dispatch. You have a choice to return the items to us under our return policy, but please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Returning Faulty or damaged products:

We will at our discretion refund buyer reasonable return shipping costs based upon carrier's advertised prices. We will repair or exchange the faulty parts with new ones after we receive and check the return products. Please report to us within 14 days after delivery.

Returning products without faults:

You will be responsible outbound and return shipping costs and need to return within 14 days after delivery. For purchases with free shipping, outbound costs will be assumed to be carrier's advertised prices. The buyer has a duty of care to ensure returned products arrive safely and in the original condition with all accessories included. Restocking charges will apply to any returned items without all original packaging, or damaged packaging at 10% of the original purchase price. Buyer will be responsible for the cost to replace any original items missing from the return.

Returning products under warranty:

If your goods develop a fault within 12 months from date of purchase, you can return them to HC GROUP for free repair or replacement. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before return it to us. If your products are out of warranty period, you will need to pay for the repair or order the replacement.

Returning procedures:

Please send your returns in by courier only after you have received an RMA confirmation from us. Also, please keep the product in original package or in well-packed materials. Damaged products during the shipment may be rejected and returned under your responsibility.
